Few ingredients, each one earning its place

  • Grain-free

    Buckwheat is a seed, not a grain, and no relation to wheat. It's the base of every cracker.

  • High in fibre

    Over 3g of fibre in every 25g serve, from buckwheat, sunflower seeds, linseed and sesame.

  • A source of protein

    About 4g of plant protein per serve, and around 15g per 100g.

  • Under 1g of sugar

    0.5–0.6g of sugar and under 8g of carbohydrate per serve. No added sugar, no additives.

  • Certified organic ingredients

    Everything except the sea salt is certified organic, down to the extra virgin olive oil and the herbs.

  • Filtered water

    Every batch is made with water filtered by reverse osmosis, to remove impurities.

Thin, crisp and made by hand

We bake in small batches, rolling each one thin and baking it until the seeds toast and the crackers snap. It's a short list of ingredients, all of them doing something useful, and nothing added to make up for what's missing.

How does shipping work?

We sell online in 6-packs and ship Australia-wide for a flat $15, however many packs you order.

What's in the variety pack?

Two bags each of Mixed Herbs, Smoked Paprika and Sea Salt.

Are they gluten-free?

We don't make that claim. Buckwheat isn't related to wheat, but our flour isn't certified gluten-free and the crackers aren't tested for gluten. If you have coeliac disease, please don't rely on them being gluten-free.

Allergens

All three flavours contain sesame seeds.

How should I store them?

Keep them in a cool, dry place. Unopened, they keep for three months: the best-before date is on every bag. Once opened, close the bag well and eat them within a week. More about freshness
